TMF2027 Lodging and Homestay Request Form

Tumbleweed is happy to help people who want to come to the festival, but who would prefer not to be in a hotel.  We offer Homestays (to the extent that we have enough Homestay Hosts, click the button below OR complete the online form below) to attendees and performers alike.

If you would like to have a homestay, please download and complete our Homestay Request Form (click the button below), and return by July 20th.

Also, you may click the “Homestay Host Form” button to offer lodging (spare room, camping or RV parking, or crash space) to one of our performers during the festival!

For our Performers:  if you will be staying in a hotel during Tumbleweed, please fill out the appropriate section of the Lodging and Homestay Request form to help us to figure out how many room-nights that the Festival brought to Richland; the City of Richland sponsorship grant each year is based partly on this information.  Thanks!

Dear Performers,
The Three Rivers Folklife Society is usually able to offer performers a home-stay while in the Tri-Cities. Please return this form postmarked by July 20, 2027, no matter what your arrangements are going to be but especially if you need a homestay. We need information about where our performers will be staying because we have a grant funded by the City of Richland Lodging Tax funds.
If you are making your own reservations for accommodations while in the area please let us know the appropriate information (for grant purposes - we aren't just being nosey!)
Will you be camping at a local campground or RV Park?
Will you be making your own hotel reservations?
Will you or did you ask for a discount for Tumbleweed?
Will you be staying with friends in the area?

HOMESTAY REQUEST

If you would like home hospitality in the home or backyard of festival volunteers, please indicate shared sleeping accommodations and note any allergies, food preferences or other special lodging requests: (Former hosts, special needs, tent / trailer, etc.)
